Under the NDIS we are sure to be needing extra staff, and as the adult rollout starts in July 2017 it is not that far away. We generally recruit permanent staff from our casual pool, but occasionally if a place becomes available we have permanent positions available immediately.
To encourage staff to stay with us, we have unlimited leave options and Mental Health Days that accrue for permanent staff. We are a very family friendly organisation and while we don’t have a lot of options with start and finish times, staff can take leave without pay anytime as long as there are staff available to replace them.
